The leadership team comes from leading Italian and international law firms, and the consequence is not a story: it is the way Lidia proposes to integrate AI into professional workflows.
Citing sources is something any tool does these days. That is not the point. Legal research is not the answer to a query: it is a structured analysis. It means defining the issue, distinguishing between lines of authority, weighing precedents and arriving at work that stands up in front of a colleague and in front of a judge. That is what Lidia delivers: structured output, not an answer, because the people who designed it have done that work.

Matteo Giudici
CEO
Founder and CEO of MESA Group. Since 2005 he has led the development of digital solutions for ESG, governance and disclosure, and the Group’s other companies. He has served as President of the Young Entrepreneurs of Confindustria Liguria and as Director of the national magazine “Quale Impresa”.
Emanuela Semino
CRO and founder
Co-founder of Lidia, where she combines legal experience with the practical application of AI. A specialist in international law, in 2012 she joined the Litigation, Arbitration and Investigations department of Allen & Overy, working on civil, commercial and financial litigation. Over time she focused on internal investigations, working alongside leading criminal law firms.
Alessandro Musella
Founder
Founder of Vectis Legal and of Lidia, launched in 2024 from the idea of transforming legal services through generative AI. A lawyer for over 25 years, 23 of them at BonelliErede, where he became Partner in 2006, he has worked on M&A, commercial contracts, corporate litigation, governance, internal controls, compliance and internal investigations.
Janos Tolgyesi
Senior AI Specialist
Drives the development of advanced AI solutions at Lidia, leading the startup’s most complex technical projects. An expert in machine learning, generative AI and software architecture, he has led Computer Vision, Big Data, Generative AI and MLOps projects in corporate settings and in the open-source community. He has been an AWS Community Builder for five years, co-organises the [Gen]AI Meetup in Milan and is an active technical speaker.
